Hello.
At the above link, I've spelled out a few reasons why I tend to think it is reasonable to assume the fulfillment of the first harvest / gathering up to be in 14 months. In short, 2018 (or the fall of 2017, depending when you think the nation of Israel was born) is the conclusion of the generation that saw the sudden establishment of the nation of Israel in Palestine. A generation is 40 years from one generation until the next according to the Bible, but the duration of a man is 70 years according the the Bible. That is why 2018 is the conclusion of the generation that saw Israel established.I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. - Matt 24 For all things to have happened by the 2018, there must be enough time for the seven year great tribulation to occur ... which doesn't give us much of a window of opportunity from now until the beginning of the great tribulation. That window is the 14 months ahead of us ... actually the window is a bit longer than fourteen months ... let me explain. The last possible Feast of Trumpets should be September 9, 2010. The window closes before the fall feasts in 2011, so my best guess is the Feast in 2010. Every feast points to a significant spiritual event and the fulfillment of those events always occur on the actual day of the fulfillment ... at least so far. For example, the Lord death burial and resurrection occurred on the actual days of the feast of Passover, Unleavened Bread, and First Fruits. The fulfillment of the feast of Pentecost was on the actual day of Pentecost. That leads me to believe that the Feast of Trumpets is significant as to its occurrence. I think that is reasonable to assume given the other four feasts that I've already mentioned, don't you?The fact that the very feast of Trumpets is known as the "day and hour unknown" only adds credence to my assumptions.Of course, the feast of Trumpets may actually happen a month away from September 9th of 2010, depending on the factors that determine which new moon is recognized as the beginning of that year according to the Hebrew tradition and what is written in the Torah. And even if we know it happens in September as we anticipate, we still cannot be sure if it is actually going to happen on the 9th of that month according to the methods to determine when there is a new moon that month. So, do I know the day? No.
Do I know the hour? No.However, I think it is certainly reasonable to look to September 9th, 2010 for the rapture, and I will know more, once we have the official starting day of that Hebrew year, which we won't know until the spring of 2010. So, I reserve the right to move speculative day accordingly if the feast of Trumpets in the fall of 2010 is altered in any way.I hope this helps.Ripening,
Trent
